IT - Business Analyst(担当課長/課長)
職務内容 【職務概要/Overall Job Purpose】
Build strategic partnership with respective business functions like Medical, Clinical Development, Quality and Patient Safety and Regulatory. Drive business process optimization and transformation integrated with IT capabilities. Identify IT solution opportunities and requirements. Own critical transformation projects (both global and local) as IT project lead collaborating with business process owner and deliver solution, which meets business goal. This position is to enhance business engagement by working closely with relevant business functions and relevant IT functions locally and globally.


【主な職責/Primary responsibilities】
Business Partnership:
• Accountable for managing end to end business needs and expectations for the assigned area as single point of contact.
• Identify business needs / IT opportunities by understanding business strategy / roadmap and partnering/integrating with cross functional stakeholders in relevant MDU-J functions like Medical, Clinical Development, Quality and Patient Safety and Regulatory, including business leadership
• Influence business in implementing and replicating best practices, aligning with global standards, simplifying the portfolio and proactively surface innovative ideas / initiatives for business transformation leveraging technology in business forums
• Communicate the value and tangible outcomes generated by IT interventions
• Lead change management for the assigned business area and delivery of global initiatives (MDU and or global IT / LCM)
• Appropriately represent business needs and expectations in the different IT forums.

Strategic proposal / project planning:
• Based on business priority & roadmap, plan, propose and deliver new IT projects in collaboration with different IT and business stakeholders including securing resources for the project
• Understand current business process, needs and gap, and define / anticipate future state requirements / enhancements working closely with business partners including prioritization and defining roadmap
• Work with right technical experts including global IT team to identify and align on the solution by fully leveraging the IT operating model.

Project Management:
• Work with project manager assigned to each project (or act as a project manager) to be accountable for achieving expected business value from the project
• Coordinate issue resolution for the assigned business area in partnership with IT and business.
• Establish sustainable IT service / support model to be transitioned into maintenance team

 
応募要件 【必須経験(/Required Experience (mandatory for hiring)】
• 3+ Years Worked in IT solution provider or management consulting company, or IT or commercial excellence department of any industry to plan projects / manage IT projects directly collaborating with business functions

• Cross functional project experience with global and offshore teams


【望ましい経験/Desirable Experience:】
• Experience in Pharma industry or similar regulated industry


【必須応募資格/Essential skills and license (mandatory for hiring)】
• Business level Japanese / English communication (TOEIC 800 or equivalent)
• Foundational IT / IT management knowledge and skill (no need to be technical professional)


【望ましい資格/Desirable skills and license】
• PMP (Project management professional)
• ITIL foundation
• MBA
